My practice focuses exclusively on providing legal representation and consultation to families and individuals where untreated mental health or emotional challenges, drug or alcohol use, or addiction issues have resulted in family or non-family conflicts, safety concerns, or criminal charges.
I am committed to helping people who suffer from mental health, emotional issues and additions to be properly assessed and diagnosed by top professionals, and then to obtain the individualized treatment they need, and not simply punishment. There is no "one size fits all" approach that will be successful, and we all know this. I work with with families and individuals, whether or not a crime is charged, to advocate for treatment, family safety, and supportive living options.
