I was referred to Stacy Safion for a... shall we say "nuanced" unlawful detainer case, in which I was also running out of time to put a case together. He agreed to fit it into his busy schedule, and really dug into the evidence I had, and quickly zeroed in on the core of it and the angle we'd purs...ue. We had a tight deadline and he worked his tail off to get it all done and submitted. Long story short, we were going up against a "superstar" (maybe that's not the right word) in this area of practice, but he was quickly shut down. May have been the shortest hearing in history!
