Craig S. Walkon

Mr. Walkon was born and raised in Michigan.  He attended Michigan State University and graduated with honors in 1985.  He graduated from ABA-accredited Wayne State University Law School in Detroit, Michigan in 1988.  Mr. Walkon successfully passed both the California and Arizona State Bar Examinations in 1989.

Between 1989 and 1994 Mr. Walkon defended physicians and hospitals accused of Medical Malpractice.  The Law Offices of Craig S. Walkon opened on December 16, 1994 when Mr. Walkon began representing individual plaintiffs utilizing the skills and experience he developed over years on the defense side.

In light of his varied litigation experience Mr. Walkon is able to offer clients counsel that is both insightful of insurance claims handling techniques and effective in successfully negotiating and obtaining fair financial compensation.  This unique perspective provides Mr. Walkon with the ability to utilize his expertise to the benefit of each client.

In 2015, Bradley Walkon, Craig's son, joined The Law Offices of Craig S. Walkon.  Bradley inherited his father's sense of justice and commitment to obtaining significant compensation for the victims of medical negligence and personal injuries.

Bradley Walkon was born and raised in Orange County, California.  In 2011, Mr. Walkon graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara after three years and with honors.  He obtained a degree in Philosophy with a Concentration on Ethics and Public Policy.  In 2014, Mr. Walkon graduated from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.  He earned honors recognition in completing a Concentration in Civil Litigation and Advocacy.

Bradley Walkon was admitted to the State Bar of California in December 2014.  He spent a year working at a prestigious medical malpractice defense firm, where his practice focused on medical-related defense and the representation of physicians, nurses, hospitals, and medical groups.
