Craig S. Walkon

I consulted Craig Walkon after talking to another attorney about a medical malpractice case I potentially had. The practice I talked to wasn't able to help me but highly recommended Mr. Walkon. Mr. Walkon listened to me with patience and he really cared about what I had been through not only physica...lly but emotionally as well. He had me send him all of my records (which were a lot) and he took the time to go through them for free. Mr. He offered me solid legal advice and I was able to settle my case outside of a courthouse. It was his legal expertise that helped get me through my situation with out going from attorney to attorney. I didn't hire him as my attorney because he gave me such great advice I didn't need an attorney, yet he still answered my phone calls and let me ask him legal questions throughout my medical nightmare. He is very trustworthy and if I ever needed to consult an attorney again, I would go straight to Mr. Walkon.

I never actually met Craig but he always made me feel like I knew him. He was very easy to talk to and very open and honest about the process and very knowledgeable . He returned my emails and texts immediately and always took my calls. He was kind and never made me feel like my questions were silly.... I am so thankful I chose Craig to represent me and would recommend him 100%.

First thing that comes to your mind when you meet Craig is his simplicity & his ability to put anyone at ease. He understands the situation of families who are in the process of the litigation process and always works around their needs and schedules to accommodate what needs to be accomplished. At the same time, while dealing with the opposition he is adept, well versed, thorough & very astute, always looking for the best interest of his clientele. Fortunately, we did not go to trial on our case , so I cannot comment on our experience with Craig on a trail. But I am sure with his superlative qualities as a lawyer and his warm personality as a human being, he will always be a lawyer of our choice!!!

Mr. Craig I will say was a down to earth, top notch attorney, said it like it is and real. That's what you need. He knew I was upset about a death that should never had happened and he was sincere and still clear with everything that should be done to win the case. My anxiety with the situation went... away with him in charge of my case.
