Richard Andrew Crites

Richard Crites is an experienced litigator and trial attorney. During his many years of practice, Mr. Crites has litigated cases with damages claims exceeding $100 million. This experience gives Mr. Crites the edge in litigating cases of any size.

After graduating from one of the top law schools in the country, Mr. Crites returned to his ancestral homeland of Southern California. After passing the Bar exam on his first attempt, he began his legal career defending doctors, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals in complex professional liability litigation. Four years later, Mr. Crites joined a large international law firm where he excelled in various types of litigation including product liability, catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases, and business disputes. He has argued before the California Court of Appeal and has achieved many successes in trial.

​Mr. Crites has built upon that experience and now focuses his practice on representing individuals in their personal injury claims against insurance companies and corporations. His practice includes auto accidents, sexual assaults, dog bites, slip and falls, assault and battery, and medical and dental malpractice lawsuits.

The Crites Law Firm continues to grow with a balance of local and national cases, ranging from medical device, consumer protection, and personal injury litigation. Our goal is to bring to bear years of experience to secure a good outcome for our clients in an efficient and cost-effective manner. No two cases are alike; therefore, we evaluate each case on its own merits and prepare a unique plan of attack for each client.
