Joseph Sean Dumm

J. Sean Dumm has an impressive, multi-discipline background that uniquely positions him to assist clients with a wide variety of legal issues. He has worked successfully in both private practice and as in-house counsel for a Fortune 150 company. He has served as lead counsel in an array of matters of business and intellectual property disputes.

Sean has a significant track record as a litigator as well, including First Chair jury trial experience and extensive administrative hearing experience. He also has a background in appellate advocacy, having prevailed in arguments presented to the California and Missouri Courts of Appeal. He has successfully represented attorneys in front of the California State Bar numerous times. He is admitted in California, Kansas and Missouri.

Sean graduated with honors from Washburn University School of Law, where he served on the Editorial Board of the Washburn Law Journal.  He received his Bachelors of Arts from the University of Iowa. He currently resides in Orange County, CA, with his wife and children.
