I agree with both the other negative reviews, this guy takes your money & does nothing at all. He is not even on your side & after I fired him my new attorney proved my innocence. Jim wanted me to take a plea bargain after I had documentation proving my innocence. Unfortunately he doesn't refund your... money either. I wasted 30K on him & paid 10K to the other guy to clear my name

Honestly I would have to say that the past 2 years have been the toughest and most stressful years of my life due to my pending criminal case and everything that comes along with it. But the one thing I can be thankful for is having Mr Riddet as my attorney. He has not only saved me from possibly y...ears of jail time but he has also been very kind, up front and honest about everything from day one and has never made false promises to me. He is a straight shooter and very up front and honest. As a matter of fact the one thing I've noticed about him is that he under promises and over delivers. Both him and his team are the best in the business and honestly the only good thing that has happened to me since my criminal case began. Just to give you a little background on my case, I had a very complicated and high profile criminal case with over 20 felony counts. I probably made over a 100 calls to all kinds of different criminal lawyers and heard all kinds of different sales pitches and as a matter of fact I even hired two other lawyers prior to Mr. Riddet. They were all liars and crooks. Please save your money and do not go with anybody else. This man has saved me from going to jail and has given me a second chance at life. If you are reading this post, I have been exactly where you are today and I have felt the fear, pain and stress of dealing with the nightmare of legal issues but now I can say that I'm a free man and I am in a whole another situation because of Mr. Riddet and his firm. I hope that you take every word of this review to heart and let them save your life. He is top class and is the best at what he does. Mr. Riddet and Mr. Bienert, I simply can't thank you enough for all your hard and kind work but I hope this review would show a bit my gratitude for you and you hard working team. I was charged with felony embezzlement. I provided Mr. Riddet with the supporting documentation of my innocence. He failed to follow-up with the DA as he promised to ensure that they received the information prior to them considering the filing of charges. He did not do that. The DA then charged me w...ith felony embezzlement. It was only after I terminated Mr. Riddet as a result and hired another defense counsel to submit the information to the DA were the charges dismissed. I was a relatively "high-profile" financial executive whose pristine reputation was ruined as a result of false charges. He may have a significant amount of experience and knowledge, but I would never trust him with any amount of responsibility.

I hired this lawyer to defend me on a possession with intent to sell case, and he refused to listen to any of my side of case. He told me it was a waste of time and all the "legal" advice he gave me was don't smoke pot anymore. It was a real waste of both our time, and my money. I will not recommend ...him to anyone I know.
