Juliet Marie Sussman

Juliet Marie Sussman took over the reins of Sussman & Associates from her father, Mitchell, who founded this boutique real estate firm in 1977. Currently the Chief Operating Officer of the firm, she oversees four offices in two states, California and Nevada. 

Juliet received her Bachelor's degree in Criminology from the University of California - Irvine, graduating cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in 2021 where she also graduated in the top of her class.

While at Loyola Law School, Juliet participated in the school's competitive Byrne Trial Advocacy program, which ranks #5 in the nation. While on the team she gained experience litigating cases in front of judges and juries. Whether it's negotiating, mediating, arbitrating, or litigating, she shines as a fervent advocate on behalf of her clients.

Elected the national co - chair of the American Association of Justice's timeshare litigation section, Juliet and her firm is recognized as one the nation's leading law firms in the field of timeshare cancellation and release, which it pioneered over 15 years ago. In that time the firm has handled handled over 50,000 timeshare cases.

Her favorite part of being an attorney is the myriad of cases and topics that land on her desk. Whether it's a contract dispute, real estate transaction, estate planning, or something different entirely, Juliet is eager to meet her client's needs and create long-lasting relationships through hard work and results with her clientele.
