Claudia Mai Morehead

Ms. Morehead is a California corporate attorney and advisor with over 30 years of experience assisting companies, businesses and organizations in the for profit and nonprofit sectors accomplish their goals in a creative and cost effective manner. She represents a wide array of business clients, ranging from large multi-national corporations to small family owned businesses. Most recently she has developed a vibrant nonprofit practice which includes some of the largest megachurches in So. Cal.

Ms. Morehead has over 30 years of experience representing employers in California, New York and Washington State (she is an active member of 3 state bars). She worked in the financial services area for many years and brings a wealth of experience to the table in assisting enterprises draft and implement employment policies as well as defending those employers against employee claims. Her seminar services offer affordable training seminars for both for profit and nonprofit enterprises.

Ms. Morehead has handled over 50 insurance defense cases focusing primarily upon real estate and commercial property issues. She is an experienced litigator, having defended some of the largest commercial real estate companies in California. She is also active reinsurance arbitrator and has served as party counsel in 3 reinsurance arbitrations.

Ms. Morehead spent 14 years in the reinsurance industry in New York City and has an extensive insurance coverage and arbitration background. She has been an ARIAS certified reinsurance arbitrator since 2005 and continues to handle reinsurance and insurance claims and coverage issues.
