Biography
I grew up in the Coachella Valley and attended Indio High School. My father was a judge in Indio. He always told me I would be a good lawyer. I attended Santa Clara University and Boston University School of Law.
My first job was working for General Electric Company as a staff attorney. I worked in many places for GE (including New York and Washington D.C.) before returning to California. I've been practicing law with my brother since about 1990. We handle incorporations, contracts, other business transactions, tax, estate planning. We act as general counsel to several small and medium sized businesses. We try to offer sensible advice to our clients and help them to avoid legal problems with good planning and early advice.
I am active on the Board of Directors of Saint Joseph Ballet, an arts, education, and family services organization located in Santa Ana, California.
