Since 2023, the principal attorney's rate skyrocketed from $625 to $765/hr, while a 2021 junior college grad (the owner’s daughter) is now billed at... a shocking $200/hr—nearly identical to their senior staff. Most egregious is their "incompetence tax": we had to ask a single question four times before getting an answer, only to be hit with an $800 bill for that answer. When we asked them to waive it, they charged us an additional $400 for an invoice to write the rejection letter.
