I have been a California attorney since 1976. I have a busy criminal practice and watch the courts for attorney's to assist me. I saw Scott Cadzow in trial and was immediately impressesd with his knowlede of the law, street savy and trial skills. We have associated on numerous cases and I was not disappointed. He has always achieved superior results. My test for associating with anyone has always been, "would I want to go into combat with him or her." As a former Marine I conclude, Scott Cadzow would get me home alive.

not a former prosecutor
In the past, I have retained two separate former prosecutors to represent my son who is now an adult. Both attorney's told me that they had an "in" with the DA'S office, being former DA"s. One told me that he plays golf weekly with the prosecutors ,etc. I watched them in the Court and was not the least bit impressed.
I was referred to Scott by one of his formewr clients. I asked Scott if he was a former "prosecutor". He said that that he could never prosecute anyone. A light went off in my head and hired Scott directly.. He did a better job on my son's third case than the two former prosecutors did on my son's first two cases. And, I now consider Scott to be a friend and counsel. I greatly recommend Scott Cadzow. Malcolm

Knowledgeable, Professional and Respectful
Scott did a fine job in representing my husband on some serious charges. I was referred to Scott by a close friend who had been in trouble. My husband had never been in trouble before and was very apprehensive. Scott made every effort to put the two of us at ease throughout the proceedings and I could tell that he was respected by both the Judge and Prosecutor. I was absolutely thrilled with the result that Scott achieved for us and would highly recommend Scott to family, friends, and colleagues.

Great DUI Lawyer and Confidant
Scott did a great job in representing me on two DUI cases that happened w/in one week of each other, one involving an accident with injury. Somehow he was able to get the felony reduced to a misdemeanor. The second case was then resolved as a first offense, as was the original felony. The fines on theses things were substantial but I was more than satisfied with no jail and two misdemeanor convictions. He also helped me navigate through the DMV quagmire successfully. Thank you very much Scott!!

Best lawyer
My family hired Scott Cadzow about 2 years ago. Scott is by far the best attorney I have ever retained. He faught very hard and gave me my life back. Scott has always exceeded any and every expectation I have had. Scotts knowledge of the law is unsurpassed. My family retained Scott and he was supportive every step of the way staying in close contact with them as well as myself. I still speak with Scott and everytime I talk to him I mention how grateful I am for everything he has done for my family and I. The Best Felony Attorney in California and I highly recommend him.
I had a felony charged filed against me and was afraid I would end up in prison. I saw 4 different attorneys before I retained Mr. Cadzow. He was only one who believed in me while the others said prison was inevitable. I took a chance with Mr. Cadzow and he literally saved my life. I highly recommend him.
