I am an Orange County estate planning attorney and mother of three young children. I help families meet their financial, legal, and moral obligations to their loved ones by creating estate plans that ensure their family's long-term protection. 

I chose to practice at Meier Law Firm because it offers child-centered estate plans that protect not only our adult clients but also minor children, a group who is often overlooked by traditional estate plans.  Our plans include typical estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care documents, but also include a mini-plan for the benefit of young children.  Referred to as an "In Case of Emergency Plan," or ICE Plan, this covers the important period of time between a tragedy occurring and a family's permanent guardians taking their place.  It removes the risk of young children being held in temporary foster care and provides parents with peace of mind.
