Robert and I were able to arrange an acceptable billing program which was economical for me. He developed and presented a detailed counter to the opposing counsel's convoluted argument to the court. He was sensitive to my circumstances and preferences on the negotiations that ensued during the action.... I believe, in some sense, he had a difficult time reading the judge's innuendo in developing a comprehensive position on my part but I do believe he was very capable in presenting my case. There was not an opportunity for open trial so I cannot comment on his abilities in that regard.
