Priya Darshini Navaratnasingham

Priya has expertise in litigation of disputes arising out of breach of contract, breach of partnership agreements, commercial lease disputes, commercial real estate matters, commercial franchise agreements, and employment law defense. She has demonstrated experience in motion practice, trial preparation, legal research and settlement negotiations. Priya graduated Magna Cum Laude from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelors of Science in Political Science in 2003. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Whittier Law School in 2007 and was admitted to the California State Bar in December of 2007. Priya is admitted to practice before all California State courts, the United States District Court, Central District, and the United States District Court, Southern District. She is also admitted to the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit. While in law school, Priya was a contributing member of the Whittier Law Journal of Child and Family Advocacy and served as an extern for the Orange County District Attorneys Office. She received the USA Funds Merit Scholarship and served a term as Clerk for Phi Alpha Delta, A.L. Stephens Chapter. Priya is an active member of the Orange County Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association Community Outreach Committee and the Orange County Women Lawyers Association. She is also a member of the Robert A. Banyard Inn of Court, Orange County.
