Pamela Roberts Milner

Pamela R. Milner is the founder of The Milner Law Group, a transactional law firm in Newport Beach, California, serving as legal advisors to corporate and sophisticated clients in franchise, commercial real estate, corporate and general business matters.  Pam brings a unique business perspective to each transaction and client as a result of her over 17+ years of experience as in-house counsel for emerging and Fortune 100 companies, including PepsiCo, Frito-Lay, Taco Bell, El Pollo Loco, California Pizza Kitchen, DineEquity, Farmer Boys Food, NAVCO Security Systems, The Irvine Company, numerous franchisee-owned companies, among others. She served as general counsel and corporate secretary for El Pollo Loco for several years managing all legal affairs for EPL, including several public and private debt and M&A transactions involving private equity.  Pam intuitively aligns her focus with her client's key business objectives, seeking an optimal, cost-effective business outcome for her clients.  Her real estate roots began at the major law firm of Rutan & Tucker and as in-house counsel, she gained an intimate knowledge of the practical realities of franchised-businesses.  Pam also enjoys providing legal support to numerous non-profit organizations, including Hands Across The Sea, With Heart Foundation USA and Hillview Acres.  When a break from work is needed, Pam can be found working on a lower golf handicap or a new yoga pose, enjoying family and friends and experiencing the world through travel adventures.
