Matthew Ryan Price

Mr. Price, a southern California native, and graduate of the Chapman University School of Law.  Mr. Price attended Chapman on an academic scholarship and graduated cum laude with emphasis certificates in both Trial Practice and Alternative Dispute Resolution.  After law school, Mr. Price worked as outside counsel for a number of large insurance companies, handling large-loss and catastrophic injury cases.  This experience has proven to be absolutely critical for Mr. Price's current practice as he has an intimate familiarity and understanding of the tactics and decision-making processes employed by insurance companies when confronted by injury claims. 

Mr. Price left the insurance defense practice and teamed up with Brent Duque, where his current practice is 100% devoted to the representation of injured individuals.  In the past many years at the Duque Law Group, Mr. Price has handled hundreds of cases and recovered millions of dollars on behalf of injured individuals.  Mr. Price's practice is devoted to those who find themselves injured at the hands of another's negligence, including car accident, premises liablity, government liability, and dog bite claims.  Mr. Price has tried cases throughout the state of California in both state and federal courts.  He has been a contributing author to local attorney publications and is an active member of the legal community which includes the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association, Orange County Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, and the Consumer Attorneys of California.  He is a partner at the Duque Law Group and currently oversees the entirety of the firm's litigation practice.  

Outside of work, Mr. Price is an active resident of Huntington Beach who enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.  Mr. Price is an active member of his church, regularly engages in volunteer opportunities, and goes on mission trips which have taken him to foreign countries to build homes for the less fortunate.
