My experience with this lawyer raised serious concerns about his professionalism and ethics. I was referred to him by a friend and scheduled what was clearly presented as a free consultation, during which he described the services he could provide. During the consultation, I learned that his fees wer...e approximately three times higher than what I had been led to expect. I told him I would think about it but ultimately decided not to proceed. Several months later, he contacted me demanding payment for the initial consultation — despite the fact that it had been represented as free, no legal advice was provided, and no engagement agreement was ever signed. In my view, this is highly unethical behavior, and I would strongly caution others to exercise care before engaging this lawyer.
