Leyla Shafie Tabatabaie

Leyla Tabatabaie is an associate attorney with Burch Shepard Law Group.

After obtaining her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from University of California Irvine, Ms. Tabatabaie earned her Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles. Previous to becoming an associate at Burch, Coulston & Shepard, Ms. Tabatabaie worked shoulder to shoulder with Judge Harvey Silberman of the Los Angeles Superior Court. It was during her Family Law Clerkship where Ms. Tabatabaie’s passion for family law began.

Ms. Tabatabaie works directly with her client’s on successfully navigating their family law matter. She is fluent if Farsi and continues to earn a reputation as aggressive but kindhearted attorney, helping her clients navigate difficult circumstances.

Ms. Tabatabaie is admitted to practice in California and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. She is an active member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts.
