Jesse Melendrez is Top Notch!!! One of the Best Attorneys in California!!!

I was very pleased with the way Jesse Melendrez represented me in my worker’s compensation case. I was previously represented by PLBSH Law Offices of Perona Langer Beck Serbian and Harrison attorney who did not do anything for me and caused so much frustration and major delays. They never returned calls or emails and gave no updates at all. They did not respond timely to court documents and it almost cost me. I hired Jesse Melendrez Law Office and he had to clean up their mess they made. He is great at responding and communicating either if it’s a phone call or by email. He will have his assistant return your call if he can’t speak to you but will never leave you hanging. Born and raised in Southern California, Jesse Melendrez graduated from California State University of Long Beach with a Bachelors of the Arts studying Psychology and Political Science. During college, he was a part of a small team of researchers that studied the relationship between short term memory and creative thought. The findings of this study achieved publication.

Compelled by his desire to assist meritorious causes to achieve greater results, Jesse Melendrez attended Rutgers School of Law in New Jersey. There he studied under several of the brightest minds in the forefront of their respective fields of law. He learned the importance of effective representation by assisting individuals in legal clinics in matters ranging from protecting victims of domestic violence to estate planning. He learned the importance and gravity of proper trial preparation and implementation through the thorough trial programs at Rutgers, interning for the OC District Attorney, and interning for Judge Hillman of the United States District Court.

During law school, Jesse Melendrez earned the title of Notes Editor with the Rutgers Journal of Law and Public Policy. This experience further sharpened his research and writing abilities which assist him to this day in his career.

After earning his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers School of Law, Jesse Melendrez passed both the California and Washington State Bar Exams. Having graduated law school in 2008 at only 25 years old, Jesse Melendrez has the benefit of almost a decade of legal experience to support in the representation of his clients.

Since then, he has represented some of the largest Credit Unions in the United States. A privilege and responsibility that he takes seriously. In addition, he has represented clients in workers’ compensation matters since 2009. He is a member of several bar associations, both local and national. Whenever practical, he loves to travel, explore new environments, experience music and witness the beauty that the world has to offer.

Very helpful and professional!

Mr. Melendrez helped close a very difficult case where the insurance company threw many obstacles to prevent and deny my pay and treatment. He went to work to ensure I have my treatment and pay that I was owed despite how horrible the insurance company was. He was always responsive and kept me in the loop regarding my case. Amazing and extremely knowledgeable in his work.

No office visit required

I hired Melendez Law Office to represent me in my workers comp case in 5/2018. Jesse Melendrez helped me to the end of my claim, June 2020. During the 2 years working with him and his staff I never needed to visit the law office in person. Jesse and his team made it easy to communicate with the office by phone, email and/or text messages. Him and his staff were very professional, carrying and knowledgeable about the law. They did their best to helped me understand the processe step by step and were their for me! The best of all is that Jesse did make sure I got the best doctor's care for my injuries and physical therapy care in my area. l would recommend Melendrez Law Office to a friend or family member dealing with a worker's compensation case. Difficult situation made easier

Initially, I didn't think I needed an attorney for my Workers Compensation case, but I was wrong. I felt as if I was being abused by the insurance company and I wasn't going anywhere to close my case or to get the treatments that I needed. I was at a stand still. Jesse had simplified the procedure for me and made sure that I my care and treatment were handled in a timely manner. I don't think I could have made it out with my sanity still intact without Jesse's presence. He answered all my questions with clarity and at a level that I could understand. I did not just speak insurance or work comp jargon, but broke down the legal procedures in a way that is reassuring. He is understanding and compassionate about his field and his clients. Happy with the service

Unfortunately needing a lawyer is never a good thing. I was in need of a lawyer for an injury that happened at work over 2 years ago. I am definitely glad that I had Jesse on my side. I would definitely recommend him to my family.

Amazing work

Workmens Comp.

I'm very happy to have used Mr. Melendrez's services.

I recently hired Mr. Melendrez for a workers compensation lawsuit I was apart of. I had never done this before,thank goodness I found Mr.Melendrez. He gave me his advice on what the first steps would be and was honest about the outlook on my case. After hiring Mr.Melendrez, he constantly updated me via paper mail and email about my case. Mr. Melendrez quickly responded to all calls and emails from me. A deposition was required in my case. I was terrified. Mr.Melendrez explained the process to me and after doing so,I felt more confident going into it. It went smooth.Also Mr.Melendrez flew to my area for the deposition and was on time. I was required to see multiple doctors during the case. Mr.Melendrez made sure reminders and all necessary information was sent to me at least a week ahead of time. Mr.Melendrez then kept me updated with the paper work and communication after the doctor appointments. I felt very informed during my case. He took the time to explain procedures and answer any concerns I had throughout the entire case. With Mr. Melendrez's services I was able to reach a settlement in my case that I was very satisfied with. I would recommend Mr. Melendrez to any of my family and friends if they needed the services he offers.
