A great lawyer to work with

A friend of mine referred me to Jason to do a living trust and estate plan. He spent a lot of time with me and really listened to me. He let me know all of my options and was never too pushy. He also handled everything for me and answered all of my questions afterward. He also notarized the documen...ts for me, that was so convenient too. A great lawyer to work with.

living trust and will

My wife and I own two houses in Fremont, CA. We have been thinking about getting a living trust done to avoid letting the probate court decide what to do with our asset when the time comes. Now that I have retired and my wife is going to retire soon, and we plan to travel, this has become more urgent.... Jason was referred to us by a friend, he grew up and attended public school in Fremont, so I felt comfortable meeting with him. He created a living trust for us, put our assets into the trust, and fixed our will to allocate our assets to our beneficiaries when the time comes. He did this all in one week: living trust, wills, transferred and recorded deed of both houses to our living trust. I received new deed of both houses from Alameda county recording office about three weeks after. He charged us $1000, which was half the quote I received from another lawyer in Fremont.
