Biography

Mr. Hardin focuses his practice on representing employees in employment-related disputes regarding almost every imaginable issue, including cases or issues involving wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, medical leaves, employee benefits, privacy, class actions, and trade secrets.
Mr. Hardin graduated from UCLA Law School in 1999. He started his career at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker, was a shareholder at Call, Jensen & Ferrell for four years, and worked at one of the nation’s top plaintiffs’ firms, Robinson, Calcagnie & Robinson, before joining Newport Trial Group.
