I initially just used Ivan's online-initiated consultation for some advice about my landlord who was abusing their right of entry into my apartment. He was very helpful in spelling out what my options were based on the information I gave him. I was so pleased with this consultation that I hired him t...o help me dispute my intrusive landlord's entries. I really appreciated that he was honest about my options, and did not try to persuade me to go with the option that would result in him getting more money out of my pocket! I was taken aback by his candor. He explained that he is simply looking to run a superior practice and receives referrals from his clients. He is not looking to suck out every penny he can from his clients. Each time we spoke, he did not hang up the phone until he was confident that I fully understood my options.
