I hired Graham Kirkman to represent me in what I thought would be a very straightforward divorce...and then my ex went down a path that has boggled the minds even of the now nine or so lawyers he has hired in more than five years. Filing frivolous civil suits against me, breaking into my house in the... wee hours of the morning through a second floor window on a construction ladder: you name it, my ex has done it. Throughout this lengthy process—made even more frustrating by Covid court delays and my ex's simultaneous criminal case—Graham has been steadfast, calm, good humored, and most importantly, hasn't missed a beat through years and years and reams and reams of paper. I could not possibly have asked for better representation. When the other side's lawyers got spontaneously creative in court, Graham shot down the nonsense with the law. When the civil court dismissed the frivolous case against me, the other side tried to fold it back into the family case. Graham simultaneously handled a civil and family trial that likely lasted longer than some murder trials because of the other side's histrionics. And won. And got me every sanction we asked for for their bad behavior. Every judge we appeared before (and there were many) clearly admired his calm and orderly approach to arguing this case. Our trial judge even advised the opposing attorney at the end of our trial that he should be thankful to Graham for his scrupulousness. I have never once seen him rattled. I have never once heard him fumble. I have only seen him very pleasantly and meticulously tear apart the case of a clear narcissist whose only aim was to bankrupt me by dragging me through the court system for ever and ever. Thanks to Graham, he didn't succeed. Despite the fact that I had a lot of money on the line, it was an actual pleasure to watch Graham dismantle the opposition with his savant-level knowledge of the law. Hire him, trust him implicitly, and do what he advises. Graham Kirkman will be your best friend through your worst time.
