The passengers then hire our office because they don't want a marijuana ticket on their record. Fred Thiagarajah requested a traffic trial in this matter. Officer showed up today for the trial and testified that all the passengers admitted the marijuana belonged to the group. Even though the officer testified, the court still granted Fred Thiagarajah's motion to dismiss for all passengers.

DA's office asked the court to incarcerate defendants for at least 18 months; Victim came to court and asked judge for the same thing.
