OUTCOME: special needs child has time with both parents

This was a difficult court case in which there was a special needs child and both parents wanted her full time. They split custody and what is important is that he child is getting the services she ne ... eds and she is thriving. But this was a case that went to court and some damage between the Parties occurred. I could only wish that they had been able to Mediate.
