You can mail your response. Then call the court and request to appear by phone and explain how far away you are.

The epo and TRO are temporary and will go away on their own. You need to get an atty to fight the three year RO. That has serious lasting affects...

It's probably not a good idea. You and your husband should have separate trusts and a joint trust to protect the children jointly and separately....
