Danielle Marie Criona

Ms. Criona earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Loyola Marymount University, a Master’s Degree in Science from California State University at Northridge and Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. She was admitted to the California Bar 1999.

Ms. Criona practices in all areas of intellectual property law, focusing on patent litigation for technology clients. She has been extensively involved in all aspects of patent litigation, including two infringement jury trials. Ms. Criona also has extensive experience with due diligence studies, patent infringement and validity analyses and opinions, and license drafting and negotiation. Additionally, she has assisted in the prosecution of biomedical, genetic, and food-related foreign and domestic patent applications. Ms. Criona's trademark practice includes infringement litigation, opposition proceedings before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board as well as U.S. and foreign trademark prosecution, counseling, availability and infringement opinions Ms. Criona also practices in the area of copyright law, with specific experience in copyright infringement litigation.
