Brian William Casserly

Brian Casserly specializes in real estate and business matters. For the past thirty five years, he has handled all types of real estate transactions, including commercial and residential property acquisition, development and leasing, real estate finance, multifamily housing and subdivision matters. Brian advises homebuilders on legal issues in connection with the development of various sizes and types of projects, including standard subdivisions, planned unit developments and condominium projects (including condominium conversions, high-rise and mixed-use condominiums), as well as master planned community developers on issues related to, and preparation of documents for the development of large master planned communities and sales to merchant builders. He also has considerable experience in representing both lenders and owners in the acquisition, development and financing of apartment projects and other commercial developments.
