B. Denise Vatani Heinz

I have exclusively practiced family law in Southern California since the time I was licensed as an attorney nearly a decade ago. I graduated magna cum laude from UCLA with a double major in political science and international relations and recieved my Juris Doctorate from Chapman University School of Law. I have advocated for clients ranging from high-net-worth individuals, business owners, blue collar workers, stay-at-home parents and pro per litigants (self-represented parties). In each scenario, no matter the client, I have always prided myself in providing the same level of expertise, respect, and attention to each case I work on.

Litigation is not always the only option, although it may be in some scenarios. Whether it be limited finances or resources, poor health, preservation of your family unit or lack of time that prohibit litigation in court, I have been able to work with clients in resolving disputes and negotiating while outside of court as well. When appropriate, I have been able to guide clients through a collaborative approach that addresses all aspects of divorce by minimizing conflict, reducing unnecessary costs, and promoting a more positive outcome for you and your family.

I founded my firm out of a desire to meet my client’s legal needs. I pay attention to detail and know how to properly move your case to resolution so that you are not stuck in limbo or frustration. I deliver “big firm” advocacy and proficiency but more efficiently and affordably.

I have successfully represented clients in all aspects of their family law matter including but not limited to: dissolutions, paternity actions, breach of fiduciary duty, litigation of premarital agreements, fraudulent transfers, modifications of child and spousal support, termination of support, establishing and modifying custody and visitation orders, request for and defending move aways, child custody and Evidence Code Section 730 Evaluations etc. I am also fluent in Farsi.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending quality time and traveling with my husband and children.
