Cassidy L. Russell

Cassidy Russell is an attorney whose practice centers on estate planning, trust and probate administration, and conservatorships. She earned her Juris Doctor from the Dale E. Fowler School of Law at Chapman University in 2014 and received a CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Client Interviewing and Counseling. Cassidy was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2014 and has worked in the trusts and estates field since 2016, helping individuals and families plan with confidence and handle the legal details that follow a loss or incapacity. She enjoys collaborating with clients to build thoughtful, creative estate plans tailored to each family’s needs and goals. Cassidy also has significant experience advising families that include special needs beneficiaries, with a focus on protecting both the person and their public benefits. She is a member of the State Bar of California and the Orange County Bar Association, including its Trusts and Estates Section, and was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Stars honoree in 2024. Outside of work, Cassidy enjoys horseback riding, woodworking, and spending time with her high school sweetheart, Matthew, and their family.
