I am recently divorced and Anna represented me in a very challenging financial and custody battle with a very difficult judge, and and even more difficult ex-husband. When it comes down to duking it out with your ex in court it sadly isn't about who is right or wrong, but who has the Better Attorney.... This is where hiring Anna proved to be my best decision of the entire process. Now I have primary custody of my 4 children and my husband paying what he owes. She's stands her ground under pressure and knows how to position herself for best negotiating power. Divorce is an awful process but it is so much less stressful when you hire quality representation. She knows the law and everyone at the courthouse which also will work in your favor, she is so well connected there. I have worked with many attorneys in the Orange County area with varied results and therefore was looking was researching for another local Orange County attorney on Avvo for my particular case when I stumbled upon Anna's profile. Anna's staff gave me a brief introduction and scheduled a consultation... with Anna about my case. Anna was very thorough in giving options on the best way to proceed and the ins and outs of the legislative process for the case. Although the case was dismissed, Anna and her staff thoroughly prepared me for the many options we could potentially encounter and I feel much more knowledgeable about the situation I was in. Ms. Brace was very unhelpful. She did not give advice on law regarding my specific situation from the start. This affected the way the case proceeded, when it was discovered by me that the way the law applies is completely unfamiliar to me and unexpected by me. She did not discuss possible outcome...s of the case from the start. I still do not know if she had a strategy. She would return calls 2-3 days later, at times after several attempts to contact her on my part. Conversations on the phone were long and pointless. At the end of the conversation it did not become clear or apparent that there is a strategy she is following. Her office excelled at sending bills (very timely right there). To make a long story short, Ms. Brace was let go for her lack of compassion, strategy and giving of knowledge of the law.

Anna has been an absolute Godsend for our family! Her incredible knowledge of the processes, and her relationships in the Orange County court system really help to steer a family in the right direction. Anna comes across as soft spoken and caring. Wait until you see her in action in a court room -... she is strong and extremely impressive. I would recommend Anna to any family in need.
