Amy Kadakia Shah

I am an Associate Attorney at the Soto Law Group.  I assist families going through difficult times when they find themselves involved with a dispute after a loved one has passed away. With a degree in Finance, I utilize my unique background in business and banking in conjunction with my experience as a civil litigator to protect businesses and individuals in disputes. My expertise in these areas are a plus when dealing with disputed Probate and Trust matters as well as situations where a survivor finds themselves faced with the daunting Probate process. I enjoy representing individuals and families to protect their rights and safeguard their respective assets either in the courtroom or through Trust Administration.

I have an undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Houston and received my Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law. I am admitted and licensed to practice law in California and New York. I have spent my legal career specializing in Civil litigation. As a litigator, I have learned to manage a full caseload of intensely contested matters while advocating passionately for each client.
