Best Family Lawyer

Al Fiore has been our family attorney since I needed his services in the "90's" for a divorce. He stuck with us through the entire process which took much longer than anticipated. The things I appreciate and would recommend of Al are: 1) He is very organized. 2) He is very honest, and 3) he will re...turn your emails and phone calls in a very timely manner. He has always been professional in his behavior inside and outside of the courts. The painful process of divorce was minimized thanks to Al.

Highly recommended

I hired Al Fiore in 2010 to represent me in an attempt to increase my custodial time with my three kids. What should have been a simple case turned out to be anything but because my ex, who moved our children out of the state eight years ago, fought me every single step of the way. When I filed with ...the court, my ex-wife sought to change the jurisdiction as well as fight my request for more time with my kids. Fortunately, Al was by my side through the whole ordeal. In the end, we prevailed. Jurisdiction remains in CA and, more importantly, I now have much more time with my children here in CA. I never would have been able to navigate my way through the treacherous legal waters without Al's representation. Going to court, especially when it involves your children, is one of the most stressful things you will ever experience. If you're facing a custody battle (or any family law issue), you need an experienced attorney who knows the law, the judges, the attorneys, and the other players involved. Al's experience in Family Law and solid relationships with the attorneys, judges, and clerks in Orange Country was invaluable. Al was there for me when I needed him. He's professional, experienced, responsive and always very well prepared. I felt like he truly cared about me and my children. If I have to go back to court in the future, Al will be the first person I call.

Execellent Lawyer

Mr. Fiore did a great job on my divorce case, which ended up going to trial. He got me a good settlement and helped me keep my wits about me during this difficult time.
