SHERAK RECEIVED HIS JURIS DOCTOR DEGREE from Chapman University School of Law, where he served on the Honors Appellate Moot Court Board, received academic distinction in taxation of business organizations. He graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree from San Diego State University, California.
