David Alan Sherak

DAVID A. SHERAK is the managing partner with the firm of Vogt | Resnick | Sherak. In addition to assisting clients in all aspects of estate planning, probate, trust and conservatorship law. Mr. Sherak also devotes his time to counseling and guiding businesses through a wide range of transactional issues, including partnership and corporate formation, mergers, dissolution and taxation.

MR. SHERAK IS A MEMBER of the California State Bar and holds membership in the Orange County Bar Association. Additionally, he is licensed to practice before all of the United States District Courts in California and the United States Tax Court.

MR. SHERAK'S COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT includes membership in the Orange County Chapter of the Planned Giving Roundtable and South Orange County Estate Planning Council. Also, Mr. Sherak is a member of the Board of Managers of California Elwyn, an organization that prepares adults with disabilities for employment and other services, as well as Chapman University’s Estates & Trusts Advisory Committee. 

MR. SHERAK RECEIVED HIS JURIS DOCTOR DEGREE from Chapman University School of Law, where he served on the Honors Appellate Moot Court Board, received academic distinction in taxation of business organizations. He graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree from San Diego State University, California.
