Biography
Michael Collins began his career in the debt collection industry in 1986 as a part time collector. Since then, he has worked for a number of organizations serving in different positions, such as Collections Manager, Director of Portfolio Acquisitions, General Counsel, Collections Attorney and Collections Consultant. Pulling from these experiences, Michael was a contributing author in "International Commercial Debt Collection" written by David Franklin, published in 2007.
Michael earned an MBA from The University of Delaware in Newark, DE and earned his law degree from Howard University in Washington, DC. Michael is currently an active member of the California State Bar Association and the CA Creditors Bar Association.
