We are a Senior and Handicapped couple, I put this into the review because it is to show how kind and thought full Ms. Degasperin is. She realized that we could not come to her office to take care of our important business and so she made arrangements to meet with us in our home and with our daughter... in attendance. She was willing to advise us and help us in so many ways to make this a successful journey into our future and to take care of ourselves and our family in the way we wanted. She was very clear in all the ways to accomplish our desires and advised us and allowed us to make all the decisions on how we wanted our Estate Planning and Will to read. She made sure that we understood every part of the planning and how it would affect both ourselves and our descendants. Ms. DeGasperin also gave us a list of Lawyers that we could contact in the event of her demise. We felt we could depend upon her advice both for ourselves and for our family. She is a caring and professional woman in whom we have great trust. She is the kind of Lawyer that we feel comfortable in recommending to either young or old and feel it a great stroke of luck to have contacted her and hired her as our Lawyer.

Toni DeGasperin is an amazing professional. She has been so helpful to us with our estate planning and helped us to understand the necessary concepts to make decisions regarding the myriad of legal issues. After calling Toni 4 days in a row,one day twice to try to retrieve original trust papers we needed,I was very disappointed.I thought a professional Lawyer (?) would handle things like this in a more timely manner or have her staff handle it.Not even a phone call to let us know she was aware of the s...ituation and what the problem was that she would get it taken care of ASAP. now its the weekend and we will have to start calling again on monday to see what day she will finally respond on. Toni did this for a family member who isnt able to take care of her affairs now and we found out we have copies of the trust.We need originals according to our attorney. This woman has to have checked her messages in 4 days?? A professional would.
