As a client of Scott Warren and his son Chris over the last 2 years, i wish to express Cudos to them and the entire staff at Wellman and Warren. They were always extremely helpful and worked well together as a team during a most stressful time having to defend oneself from greedy and unscrupulous pre...dators. It was a protracted case that had to be pared down from a federal jurisdiction to a state court and from a trial venue to binding arbitration. Each phase was navigated and litigated successfully with the professionalism and expertise I so appreciate looking back over a two year journey. During the arbitration Scott was able to take a complex business and issues and simplify them for the judge to understand and see the case in the clearest light for adjudication. Seven days of arbitration resulted in mini victories each day to allow us the confidence and results from a great legal team of professionals. I would recommend Wellman and Warren LLP, to anyone in need of legal assistance as I'd hire Scott and Chris again in a heartbeat.

I hired Mr. Scott Wade Wellman for a small litigation case. The case never went to trial, and a lawsuit was never filed, but I was billed at an irrational rate by 2 inexperienced contract attorneys. I have tried to meet with Scott to discuss the bill, but he seems to be avoiding a meeting and even ...a telephone call. I would not recommend Soctt Wellman or his law firm based on this experience.

Wellman took on several litigation and transactional matters for our small business. It is a business that had taken off, after my business ...partners and I poured most of our savings into a project we believed in. Scott Wellman failed us after putting himself in a position of trust. Wellman & Warren lawyers failed to: 1. communicate about the legal work they were performing; 2. Failed to communicate settlement offer; 3. Failed to explain their billing practices; 4. Failed to provide us with options or any type of strategy. Having Scott Wellman serve as our lawyer was the worst experience we have ever had in business. In fact, Wellman & Warren LLP almost destroyed our business and our lives. We know that the Internet is not the most reliable source of references, but we urge potential clients to think carefully and do their own due diligence before they let Scott sweet-talk them into hiring his firm. This could be a decision that you could regret for the rest of your life. Associatges that work for Scott, Bimali Walgampaya, Cathy Zotti, and Anabella Bonfa are "nice", and generally polite, but are utterly incompetent. They have no business or litigation experience, and act as glorified secretaries for Scott. I believe that they are paid accordingly. If you read this, you are trying to do some diligence on Scott Wellman, and his firm.
