Our case was done on contigency only and he fought the Dr's insurance company and the hospital on all fronts. He represented my family as if it was his own. He always returned emails and phone calls, handling everything with compassion. During our meditation he was honest and tough. I am so grateful for Scott Wellman and the successful outcome of our court case. Victories of this kind don't bring back our loved one, but it hopefully will keep that Dr from making the same mistake and harming another family like he harmed ours.

I hired Mr. Scott Wade Wellman for a small litigation case. The case never went to trial, and a lawsuit was never filed, but I was billed at an irrational rate by 2 inexperienced contract attorneys. I have tried to meet with Scott to discuss the bill, but he seems to be avoiding a meeting and even ...a telephone call. I would not recommend Soctt Wellman or his law firm based on this experience.

My company based out of Hong Kong was interested in doing business in the United States, we were referred to Mr. Scott Wade Wellman by a mutual business associate to handle all necessary legal matters. Mr. Wellman stated that he would handle all of our work himself. He described his experience and kn...owledge of international business law. It turns out that Mr. Wellman more of a slick salesman than an attorney. When we received our documents, everything was not correct. There were many errors and omissions throughout. After much investigation we found he outsourced our work to document mills where almost nothing is written by attorneys. Then he charged use 20 times what he paid. Mr. Wellman has stopped returning our calls, and we have now decided to terminate our business relationship with him and his firm. Do not let this salesman take your money for work he did not do. Avoid Mr. Scott Wade Wellman and you will be better off for it.
