I provide legal counsel to our business owners by negotiating and drafting various leases, employment contracts, purchase agreements, licensing agreements. I also assist our business clients with drafting and negotiating secured and unsecured lending instruments as part of their initial capitalization or to meet their future capitalization needs.

I provide business, tax and estate planning for business owners. This includes forming various business entities where the situation dictates. I also draft the operative business documents and buy-sell agreements when we form a business entity.

I handle everything from basic estate plans to sophisticated wealth transfer planning (including Qualified Personal Residence Trusts, Charitable Lead and Remainder Trusts, Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts, Grantor Retained Annuity Trusts, Defective Grantor Trusts, Family Limited Partnerships, Etc.).

I represent fiduciaries in various trust, estate and conservatorship matters. I have extensive experience in both representing and serving as the fiduciary for various trust, probate, conservatorship and guardianship administrations. This experience includes advising and assisting the fiduciaries in meeting their various fiduciary duties and tax compliance obligations.
