Gary Leigh Moorhead

I have been practicing law in Orange County since 1980. I practiced in Los Angeles for four years before moving to South Orange County. 98% of my practice is devoted to representing those people seriously injured due to the negligence of others, either in vehicle collisions, by defective products, dog attacks, slip and falls, medical malpractice and a variety of other causes.

I have successfully represented clients whose relatives died due to their injuries(wrongful death claims), clients with severe traumatic brain injuries, those with amputated limbs and those injured in one MPH "low-impact" fender benders who ended up having surgery on their low backs and/or necks.

I am a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, open only to attorneys who have successfully obtained at least $1 million dollars in litigation on a single case.

I do not have "associates" who handle your case after I'm retained. I handle all cases from start to finish and the client deals only directly with me. I return all calls promptly. I regard practicing law as a profession, not a business.

I have been married for 35 years and have three children, the oldest of which is an attorney with the Orange County Public Defender's offce. My daughter is a successful hair stylist in Orange County and my youngest son is a junior "Wildcat" at the U of A in Tucson.

I am an avid golfer and beachcomber.
