Ms. E, I am sorry that you are so upset. I took this case over after your first attorney dropped you as a client. I only represented you for about 5 1/2 months (Mid-October to April) during which time I requested all of your records and performed a scene inspection. Unfortunately the claim you wanted to pursue against a big box store ended up lacking merit. You state that the facts did not change since you retained me. This is unfortunately not the case. Upon inspection, it appears that the floor upon which you claim to have slipped and fallen was coated with a non-slip rubberized compound. In light of this fact, I do not believe that any attorney could have successfully prosecuted this matter and for that reason I decided to drop the case. We discussed this at length in my office just three weeks ago. I also received a single message (not multiple as you state) and attempted to return your call. I have been out of the office but I am certainly happy to speak to you. Just pick up the phone and call rather than posting nasty (and false) reviews on line. I have been practicing law for nearly 30 years and have many happy clients. Unfortunately, sometimes we have to drop a case once the evidence develops. Such is the case here. Finally, you claim that my actions have left you with inadequate time to find another lawyer before the Statute of Limitations "ran out." Be advised that the Statute of Limitations has not "run out." As stated in my drop letter, you have two years from the date of the accident to file suit. In your case January 6, 2017. Best of luck, Dave Solo
