Richard negotiated a successful closing where there were nine other buyers competing for the same property. My offer was initially the lowest, but he kept at it as other buyers went away. I ended up purchasing the property for $25.000 below the highest offer and $15,000 below asking price. Nothing has sold in the area for close to that low a price.
