Hold up! Hold on! Disclaimer: These were all leased cars. My first experience with lemoning a car was with a BMW. After BMW had my car for a month, for a radiator replacement. It was suggested to me by one of their representatives “I’d’ lemon this car if I were you”. I was intrigued… The fi...rst lemon law firm I called wanted a $2,500.00 deposit to start. Okay, what do I know? Then, I recalled a friend’s experience and they recommended O’Connor Law Group, P.C. who took my case. And, they did not require a deposit! Simply, two months later I received a check for $22,000.00. Case complete! But wait! It gets better! My next “lemon” car was a VW CC, this was because of a radio and telephonic issue. Whatever! This case took approximately 3-4 months. Got a check for $14,000.00. But, wait! It gets even better! Then I leased a Hyundai Azera. Loved that car!!! Its problem was it like to steer towards the left, hummmmmm into oncoming traffic…problematic! After a year of giving Hyundai a chance to fix this issue. I Googled that model and previous years all of which had a known issue. I received $38,000.00. That’s a trifecta in anybody’s book. Sounds like a cheesy info commercial, doesn’t it? Every bit true. My wife and I had the pleasure of working with O’ Connor Law Group on a lemon law case. We weren’t sure we had a solid case but once we explained all we had been through with the car and dealership they reassured us we absolutely did. They took it from there. They worked quickly and efficiently to ...get our case settled. They kept us well informed the whole way through. I never once had to question what the status was. Their correspondence was excellent. When it went to mediation our case that they put together was so strong that we walked away with more than we had expected to. I would recommend them for any legal services and will be using them in the future if I need to.

The O'Connor Law Group did a great job with my Lemon Law case. When I called them originally to ask for some advice, they suggested I try and sort it out with the car company myself. When the car company wouldn't respond to me, they took over. I couldn't believe it. I gave them all of my documentat...ion and they said I had a Lemon Law Case. Once they took over, I am sure the car company was wishing they would have just returned my calls. They were able to settle with the car company (for 2.5x the amount of my car without going to arbitration or court.) All this during COVID! O'Conner Law Group was always easy to get in touch with and was always helpful. I would hire them again but hopefully, I don't get another Lemon and won't have to!
