I hired this Lawyer Gerlinda Baca from one of her employees named SUE that gave me a Presentation CONVINCING ME on how they could help me with my Mortgage with a 100% MONEY BACK GAURANTEE if this did not work. I warned SUE not to play with my livelihood cause I am in a CRITICAL Position. I was ins...tructed by Sue how to WIRE these payment's of $2,000 to Gerlinda Bacas Bank of America account through Bank of America in my town for the Services of the Remodification of my Mortgage Loan. Gerlindas partner HARVEY from the their Company ( Mortgage Restructuring Solutions ) then sends THREATENING EMAILS to my bank ( Watertown Savings Bank ) stating that they are a bunch of NAZI'S. Also a FORGED letter was sent to my bank from Harvey and Gerlinda Baca explaining my situation which the bank knew was a LIE. Watertown Savings Bank knew that this was a lie cause I already explained my case to them a few times. My bank also STATED that they are not involved or enlisted into this whole Restructuring policy that is offered to the people. Countless of times my bank STRESSED this to HARVEY ( Gerlindas Partner ). Watertown Savings Bank stopped answering the phone calls and emails that were being sent. HARVEY Stated that Gerlinda Baca never returns her share of the FUNDS ( that is $1,000 ) cause they feel these letters being sent should be Compensated. HARVEY SAID TO ME THAT HE WOULD RETURN HIS 1/2 TO ME ( which is another $1,000 ). Now Harvey denies that I even hired their ( Gerlinda Baca and Harvey )Company -Mortgage Restructuring Solutions, which I have copies of all the paperwork from my bank and myself ( Emails,Faxes,Text messaging ,etc ) from BOTH of them. I had no choice but to work with my lender cause they are ready to FORECLOSE my house on me. I have 2 kids with their MOMMY and we have no place to go if I lose this house. My daughter Kyra is one of the TOP school mates in her class. This would screw her up in classes and could take a Nasty Snowball effect on her schooling with her grades. I am touch with Gary Almond from the Better Business Bureau to RESOLVE this whole situation and forget I even took this route. I have read up on these Modification companies and thousands of people are losing money without the 100% Gaurantee back .
