Highly experienced and dedicated representation for Injured Workers only.
My brother and I have worked hard to create a law firm that responds to client questions and concerns quickly, usually the same day. As the only Southern California work comp firm with the Case Status App, our clients never have to ask us what is going on with their case or what the next step will be or be in the dark about what to expect next. Our App is a place our clients can visit 24/7 for case updates, appointment reminders and text message their attorney anytime with questions or concerns.
The old way of calling your attorney and leaving a message is the past. We are embracing the future and more importantly the way our clients would prefer to communicate with us. With our App, our clients never have to call and ask if we received their fax or email. They can simply take a picture of any document and upload it to our App. What they see on the App we see on the App. This means there is full transparency with all client communications!
Excellent client communication is what our clients demand; but what they need is also an attorney with a rock-solid understanding of the law. This combination means our clients consistently receive the highest possible settlements and better medical care. Our results, as seen in our recent case postings on our webstie and our actions, as expressed by past client reviews speaks for itself.
If your attorney does not have an App to communicate directly and one on one with you, it may be time to change to an attorney who does!

The SITBF Is Worth The Weight/Wait
I chose Attorney Jackson because of the Jackson 5 and that they were born in Gary, Indiana. I am a CNA and my work industry is caregiving. My employment as a Certified Nursing Assistant at an assisted living facility for seniors is rewarding.. You must have the heart, patience, and drive to work wit...

Unprofessional
He said he would get me the maximum he can get me out of my settlement. Then ended up settling for the least he was demanding from them. Him nor his staff answered any of my calls. He gave me the break down of the amount I was supposed to get and it was less than what I should have of received and en...
Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, you have lied and that is a criminal offense, called defamation. A work comp attorney does not settle a work comp case. Only the client can settle the case, by signing settlement documents. The attorney does "settle" the case, the client does, in this case YOU. Your accusation that I am purposely settling your case for less than we could have gotten you is extremely ignorant; 1. An attorney is not going to recommend a settlement to you for less than the maximum that can be gotten, since the attorney gets a percentage of the settlement, and 2. No one gets what they ask for! Negotiation school 101 teaches you ask for more than you can get. So actually, this shows I did a terrific job in starting the negotiations high. This is what we all want our attorneys to do for us; shoot high! If you think there is a discrepancy in the settlement breakdown we provided you, you should reach out for an explanation and to see if we made a mistake. It can happen. A number can be typed incorrectly. We are not perfect and always admit any mistakes and correct them. Why don't you reveal your name to the world so we can look into your case and set the record straight? Or do you want to remain anonymous because you know you are lying? This is very cowardly, in my opinion. Finally, we answer calls as necessary but most of the time we just text our clients since this is what they prefer. We have an App that allows all our clients to text us with any questions or concerns. We are the only firm with the Case status app in Southern California. Our clients love the App with the 24/7 updates, texting ability, and they are never in the dark about where the case is in the process and the next steps. We are proud of our commitment to our clients and especially our dedication to excellent client communications. The proof is in the App we have developed at great expense to us, but free to our beloved clients.

This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority in 2015.
Discipline, Probation; no Actual Suspension issued in CA, 2015
updated on 05/05/2016This sanction means the attorney had a suspension placed on hold (and ultimately removed) by complying with certain requirements.
“Client moved to Sacramento area and wanted a local attorney. A substitution of attorney was sent to client to sign and return. Client never returned the substitution of attorney. our office inadvertently indicated her case was closed in our database. Therefore we did not respond to a Petitin to dismiss her case. Case was dismissed without prejudice and we are reinstating her case with no adverse affect to client. Client has requested that we continue to represent her.”
