Tina H Trinh

Ms. Trinh started her legal career working for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company (A Fortune 500 Company) in the area of Insurance Defense. Desiring to obtain a more diversified experience in the practice of law, she left Liberty Mutual and took on a position working for a small, general civil litigation and bankruptcy firm. At the firm she handled breach of contract, personal injury, medical malpractice, and bankruptcy cases.

As the economy took a downturn for the worst, Ms. Trinh knowledge of bankruptcy filings landed her an attorney position at Legal Helpers (One of The Nation’s Largest Consumer Bankruptcy Law Firm.) Working for Legal Helpers, Ms. Trinh refined her experience and improved her bankruptcy knowledge by working on exclusively Chapter 7 & Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases. To date, Ms. Trinh has handled over 265 bankruptcy cases in Orange, Los Angeles, and Riverside County.

Finding herself knowledgeable in Chapter 7 & 13 filings and familiar with the judges and trustees in the Central District, Ms. Trinh decided to open her own firm with a vision to bring efficiency bankruptcy filings at a more affordable cost than larger law firms.
