Biography
I specialize in criminal law. I not only studied that as my undergraduate major at the University of California, Irvine but I also focused on that during law school. I worked at the Orange County Public Defender's Office for 10 years where I handled hundreds of cases every month. I have litigated over 40 jury and court trials and won numerous ones. The key to winning is excellent strategy and gaining the trust of the jury to believe in your client. I am an expert in criminal law. I know the courts in Orange County extremely well. I have been in front of the criminal judges and worked on numerous trials and cases directly with the Orange County District Attorney's Office and the City Attorney's offices. I know who your case needs to get in front of to get the best settlements and the best chance of winning at trial. I will make sure your case gets looked at fairly and explore all available options that you might be entitled to.
I also specialize in personal injury law. If you have been in an accident and feel overwhelmed with the legal process, I can help.
