Michael Joseph Sundstedt

I had a nightmare lawsuit filed against me by a Washer Service whom we had requested several years earlier that they remove their old washers and dryers from our apartment complex's laundry rooms. I was blindsided and found out during the re-financing of my house that I had a lien on my property and... a freeze of my bank accounts. Apparently the Washer Service had sued me, because from their point of view, there was a breach in contract. But they did not correctly serve the papers, thus there was a court judgment against me when I didn't respond to the lawsuit. Jon and Michael helped immediately remove the lien, and have my bank accounts replenished with the funds. In addition to that, they fought and had several exchanges with their lawyers, and they came to agreement to have the case settled with no payouts. I was completely blindsided, but it was the best outcome I could ask for given the circumstances. I was glad to have the Law Offices of Sundstedt and Goodman on my side. Thank you!
