We live in Washington State and needed a lawyer that knew California law. Justin was recommended to us and we have been very please. Our case involved a lease for a home we own in So. CA. We were able to work with Justin via phone, e -mail, and registered mail. He understood the laws we were conc...erned with and had the ability to explain them to us as well as work well with the other attorney. Justin was very accessible, he returned calls quickly. He was able to resolve our issue very much to our satisfaction.

Working with Justin Betance was a great experience. Not only was he very knowledgeable from a legal perspective, he was able to incorporate his business and investment acumen into the process. Justin reviewed our stock options agreement and offered constructive feedback on language. More importantly..., he was able to expand on the scope and provide insight on potential scenarios that we would want to consider or run into (longer game scenarios and events we had not thought of), and ultimately gave us concrete steps and solutions to address it. Justin helped us with the distribution of my father's estate and updating of our own trust. My dad had another attorney (before he passed) who just couldn't seem to get things done. She charged for everything, telephone, email, letters etc. We had a piece of property that was part of the estate distr...ibution and was holding things up because it was still in my parents names. I got tired of waiting for my dad's attorney and asked Justin for help. The property was transferred from my folks names to me and then to my sister in one fell swoop. Excellent, I've paid off the other attorney and won't use her again. In the mean time my wife and I realized that we needed to update our own trust.
